This is another special boy. He dam was the first goat born at Storybook Farm: JC’s Bluebelle 3*P. She had a lovely, well attached, productive udder with the most extended fore udder in our barn.
Terebinth was Bluebelle’s last gift to us before she passed in the fall of 2025 from jaw cancer. Terebinth is a strong, beautiful, dark chocolate, blue eyed, looong eared, polled boy, the only kid in Bluebelle’s final litter.
Terebinth was sired by Cedar Creek’s Outlaw Blues +*B, who has some great udders behind him (see below). He is F5.

This is JC’s Bluebelle’s 3*P 3F udder. She is JC’s Snowdrop 3*P‘s littermate sister. This makes Terebinth Sequoia‘s paternal half brother, and their dams were littermate sisters. Sequoia and Terebinth are very closely related.
This is Hurlburt Farms Buttercup 2*P. She was our foundation doe (first bought) who came pregnant with 3 doelings, including Terebinth’s dam, Bluebelle, our firstborn on Storybook Farm. Sadly, Buttercup passed in 2024, but you can see pictures of her udder by clicking on her name.
Terebinth’s Sire Line
This is Cedar Creek’s Outlaw Blues +*B. Outlaw has an outstanding pedigree with many of the forbearers of our favorite Eastern lines, but adding in many Western greats as well. It doesn’t hurt that he is purebred, polled, blue eyed and as of Septermber 2025, a +*B!
Outlaw has excellent milk lines, his dam Cedar Creek Pandora Blue *P was 7 years old in 2024, and kidded quads. This picture is of her first 12-hour separation.
Her udder is nicely shaped with strong attachments & good teat placement. Obviously, it has held up very well!

Outlaw’s paternal grand dam, SR’s Naomi *P, on the 2018 1-day milk test top 5 list was – #1 in Points, #1 in Lbs of Milk, and #3 in BF %.
